Sample spreadsheet cleanup and data-organization project created to demonstrate how I transform messy, inconsistent data into a clean and reporting-ready structure.
The original dataset contained inconsistent date formats, duplicate records, irregular capitalization, inconsistent status values, formatting issues, and unnecessary manual cleanup.
I standardized the data structure, cleaned and formatted the records, removed duplicates, normalized status values, and prepared the spreadsheet for easier analysis and reporting.
Key improvements included: standardized dates, cleaner text formatting, consistent dropdown/status values, duplicate removal, structured data, and improved reporting readiness.
This example uses fictional sample data for portfolio demonstration purposes.
