A few months ago I ran into a problem while working on a client’s HubSpot site. We needed to update URLs across hundreds of blog posts.
Coming from a WordPress background, I assumed this would be simple. HubSpot is an incredibly powerful platform…surely there must be a way to do a bulk search & replace across content.
Turns out there isn’t. If you need to update something across hundreds or thousands of records, and there’s no safe, simple way to do it.
So I decided to build the tool I wished existed.
After using it internally, it felt obvious that other HubSpot teams probably need this too.
Last week we opened it up publicly: SearchReplace.com
(http://SearchReplace.com)If you manage HubSpot and have ever needed to update something across a lot of records, this might save you a lot of time (and a lot of stress).

As a developer, I love making little tools like like Chrome Extensions, so when I saw a posting on Contra for a real estate scraper, instead of just sending a proposal - I built the actual tool instead.
It's a one-click Chrome Extension that scrapes property listings from InvestorLift and sends them straight to Airtable. No manual steps or exports. Just one-click data capture.
It's 95% complete and already working on live listings. Whether this converts to a client or not, I had fun solving the problem.
Sometimes the best way to show you can do the work is to just… do the work.
