• How are content updates managed in the Care Plan, and how fast are they implemented?

  Our Care Plan is designed to be comprehensive, and that includes assisting with content updates. Simply send us the new content or changes you’d like to make, and our team will ensure it’s updated on your website promptly. Typically, minor content updates are implemented within 24 hours. We aim to make the process seamless for you, so you can focus on your business while we handle the technical side.

• Will the Care Plan be tailored to my specific website needs, or is it a one-size-fits-all solution?

  Our Care Plan is designed to cater to the unique needs of each website. We assess your website’s specific requirements and tailor our services accordingly, ensuring you get the best value and performance

• What does the onboarding process look like?

  After you subscribe, you will receive an email with a link to your customer portal where you can manage your subscription. You will also receive an invite to our project management tool where you can submit help tickets and content tasks.

• How do we communicate?

  We primarily communicate using our project management platform as well as over email. All Care Plan customers are also alotted 1 Zoom meeting/quarter with our team.

• Is the Care Plan worth the investment? Can’t I just handle updates and maintenance myself?

  While you can manage updates yourself, the time and effort required, plus the risk of potential errors, can be costly. Our Care Plan is priced to provide value by ensuring your website runs optimally, freeing you to focus on your business.
