Dais is a social fitness app that goes beyond workout tracking by combining goal-setting, accountability, and community. Users can set weekly fitness goals, track their progress, and stay motivated through personalized encouragement and social support.
Dais allows users to share workouts, performance metrics, and milestones with friends while discovering new fitness studios, workout groups, classes, and local events. Whether working toward a personal goal or finding new people to train with, Dais helps users stay consistent, build connections, and make fitness a more social and rewarding experience.
I used Google Stitch to design the user interface and create an interactive prototype for Dais. Stitch allowed me to quickly transform ideas into polished screens, iterate on layouts, and establish a consistent design system across the app. Through the prototyping process, I was able to visualize the complete user journey, from setting weekly fitness goals and tracking progress to sharing workouts and discovering local fitness communities. Using Stitch accelerated the design process, helped validate key features early, and provided a realistic representation of the user experience.
I liked seeing the agents work on the edits. Some AI edits were not executed entirely as I would have hoped from a design perspective, but I could replace those sections with Figma files.
