Cover image for The Challenge: E-commerce apparel businesses
The Challenge: E-commerce apparel businesses traditionally face high costs and slow time-to-market for both product design and digital content creation. The objective for this entrepreneurial venture was to build a highly scalable, automated digital brand presence and develop a proprietary tech solution to revolutionize the customer shopping experience. The Solution: I designed and executed a dual-pronged digital strategy blending agile content marketing with applied AI product development: Custom AI App Development: I am currently architecting and validating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an interactive apparel design application. Built natively using the Google AI Studio and the Gemini ecosystem, the app features Generative AI for custom clothing prints and an advanced Virtual Try-On capability to boost user engagement and reduce return rates. Digital Content & Prompt Engineering: Engineered the brand's digital marketing engine. I utilized advanced Prompt Engineering combined with CapCut and Canva to mass-produce high-quality, conversion-focused visual assets (images, videos, social posts), drastically cutting down traditional production costs. The Impact: Tech Innovation: Successfully advanced a complex retail-tech application from conceptualization to the MVP validation phase using cutting-edge Google AI environments.

Cover image for The Challenge: Abimar Foods Inc.
The Challenge: Abimar Foods Inc. (USA) needed to guarantee business continuity and manage production tracking remotely from Colombia due to key personnel shortages. The process required handling end-of-shift data, raw SQL databases, and SAP inventory reconciliation across different plants and production lines without causing operational downtime or communication bottlenecks. The Solution: > I designed and standardized a complete, end-to-end remote operation model from scratch within 6 months. My implementation included: Data Structuring: Extracted SIP system data (process orders, quantities, scrap) and organized SQL databases using pivot tables by plant/line to streamline notifications and eliminate idle time. Cloud Collaboration: Built a real-time consolidation hub for order and inventory management using Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) to enable simultaneous cross-border workflows. SAP Variance Automation: Engineered a custom formulated tool that imports SAP inventory data to automatically calculate and redistribute material variances (shortages/excesses) proportionally across process orders, dictating accurate SAP 261 and 262 transactional movements. Bilingual SOPs: Authored highly detailed Standard Operating Procedures in both English and Spanish to document this entirely new workflow and ensure easy onboarding. The Impact: 100% Business Continuity: Successfully sustained US manufacturing operations through a remote LATAM support model. * Corporate Recognition: Earned 4 international corporate awards for the design and flawless execution of this remote integration.

Cover image for The Challenge: High stock-out rates
The Challenge: High stock-out rates were impacting overall profitability, and leadership lacked a centralized, quick-reference tool for their critical daily alignment meetings. Stakeholders needed immediate visibility into high-weight, priority SKUs to prevent shortages, but data regarding sales, forecasts, and inventory was scattered and difficult to analyze on the fly. The Solution: I designed and engineered a specialized, highly functional Excel dashboard tailored specifically for daily S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) tracking. By consolidating complex data streams, this tool provides an instant executive snapshot of: Historical and current sales performance (3-month rolling view). Forecast accuracy and compliance metrics. Real-time inventory status and stock-out alerts. I implemented automated visual cues (conditional formatting/traffic light system) across different distribution centers, allowing leadership to instantly identify at-risk SKUs and take immediate corrective action during daily stand-ups. The Impact: 89% Stock-out Reduction: Served as the core analytical tool that empowered the team to drive stock-outs down from 42% to an unprecedented 4.67%.

Cover image for The Challenge: Analyzing the demand
The Challenge: Analyzing the demand portfolio for a major food manufacturing company (Compañía de Galletas Noel) was a highly manual, time-consuming process. It required heavy operational work in Excel to merge massive CSV data repositories with separate product description sheets just to extract basic weekly or monthly demand forecasts by destination. The Solution: I conceptualized and deployed a fully automated web dashboard. By leveraging Generative AI (Gemini) to assist with the code development, I created a tool that seamlessly integrates the raw CSV demand data with the product master data. Now, stakeholders only need to input a single SKU code to instantly visualize demand trends, filtering by timeframe (weekly/monthly) and destination. The Impact: Massive Time Savings: Transformed a tedious, multi-step manual Excel process into a 3-second automated query. Operational Efficiency: Eliminated human error in data merging and freed up hours of valuable time for strategic analysis rather than data entry. Tech Stack: Data Analytics, Python/Web Logic (AI-Generated), CSV Integration, Supply Chain Forecasting.
