This solution significantly streamlined operational processes within the quality audit team, reducing response times and minimizing human errors. By enhancing communication and oversight, the RPA empowered auditors to focus on more strategic tasks, ultimately improving the overall efficiency of the internal audit function.

Developed an end-to-end solution to track the implementation of automated internal audit controls. Built a PowerApps interface for teams to register controls, with data stored in SharePoint Lists and integrated into a Power BI dashboard for real-time monitoring.
The dashboard enabled stakeholders to track progress against automation targets, analyze controls by complexity level, and monitor key implementation metrics. This solution streamlined data capture, improved visibility, and supported better management of audit automation initiatives.

Designed and developed an executive Power BI dashboard to monitor audit observations across the organization. The report was created for senior leadership, including the CEO and directors, providing a centralized view of audit findings at the corporate level.
The dashboard allows leadership to track open, closed, and overdue observations, analyze them by risk level and responsible business unit, and monitor progress over time. It enabled executives to quickly identify critical risks and follow up on remediation efforts across departments.
