I’m sharing this as a first visual study, not the final piece.
The idea started with a rough AI-generated direction, and now I’m refining it through composition, typography, material accuracy, and storytelling.
The concept is Gando School rebuilt as tech, but not tech as screens or spectacle.
Tech as airflow.
Tech as shade.
Tech as local clay becoming a repeatable system
Tech as knowledge traveling farther without losing its origin.
What I like about this draft is that the emotion is already there: hope.
What still needs work is the craft: cleaner framing, stronger type hierarchy, more accurate architectural texture, and a final thumbnail system that feels more editorial.
That is the part I enjoy most.
Taking a first pass and pushing it until the idea finally looks as strong as it feels.

What happens when the person you trust with your property becomes the reason you lose control of it?
The Landlord follows a property owner who trusted an agent, only to discover that the agent had sublet his property. I play Princess, the investigator questioning the landlord in the orange suit and piecing together what happened.
I wanted viewers to feel the frustration of misplaced trust, the fear of losing control of something valuable, and the vulnerability of having to explain how it all happened.
The emotional centre is the landlord’s realisation: he trusted someone to protect his interests. Now he is sitting across from an investigator, answering questions he never expected to face.
