I designed and developed SJApp, a full-stack management platform that transformed fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes into a centralized operational system for a nonprofit community organization.
The platform manages beneficiaries, families, workshops, enrollments, payments, socioeconomic studies, scholarship evaluations, documents, and operational reporting from a single secure workspace.
I also led the migration and validation of a complex historical dataset containing 1,080 beneficiaries, 649 families, 66 workshops, 1,812 enrollments, and 4,293 payment records.
Key capabilities include role-based access, configurable evaluation rules, advanced search, exports, data-quality controls, and privacy-conscious handling of sensitive information.
Result: a maintainable digital platform built around real organizational workflows, replacing fragmented operational processes with structured software.

I designed and developed Flor de Luna, a custom e-commerce and operations platform built around the workflow of a floral business.
Customers can purchase predefined bouquets or create their own by selecting flowers, foliage, wrapping, ribbons, and extras while seeing the composition and price update dynamically.
Behind the storefront, I built operational tools for product and bouquet management, customer requests, orders, inventory, suppliers, deliveries, and business settings.
The inventory system reserves materials when orders are accepted, prevents negative stock, tracks inventory movements, and safely restores materials when orders are rejected.
Result: a responsive commerce experience connected directly to the operational processes required to fulfill real customer orders.

I created KIBA as an AI-assisted operations command center for managing projects, business knowledge, decisions, schedules, and delegated work from a unified desktop experience.
KIBA converts verified project signals into actionable matters, preserves links to their original sources, and provides citation-backed knowledge retrieval instead of treating AI output as unquestioned truth.
Natural-language requests can become structured action proposals, but consequential actions remain behind explicit human review and confirmation.
The system also brings together project monitoring, calendar information, operational history, delegation, and follow-up states.
Result: an operational workspace that combines AI assistance with deterministic business rules, human approval, source traceability, and a purpose-built desktop interface.

I built GROUND, an installable Windows application for visually editing editorial HTML documents and static web interfaces without modifying their original source files. In Document mode, users can edit text, rearrange content, insert images and vector shapes, adjust typography and layout, manage headers and page numbering, and export production-ready PDFs. In Web App mode, they can inspect responsive interfaces, edit content, reposition or resize elements, and test layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports. Every adjustment is stored in a reversible companion layer with backups, keeping the source code authoritative and recoverable. GIBAGROUND combines Electron, visual editing, validation, persistence, responsive QA, and PDF production in a practical tool designed for controlled creative iteration.
