Walks the caller through gatekeeper navigation, decision-maker opener, 22 CRM and discovery pivots, and 11 objection handlers with second-tier rebuttals when the first response doesn't land. Includes five closing variations for booking the discovery call, plus session tracking with CSV export so call data feeds back into the CRM. Built from 14 years of inside-the-room sales experience — every pivot and rebuttal is something I've used live, not theory.

Interactive 4-screen calculator I built to use during discovery calls with med spa and cosmetic practice owners. The intake captures their actual numbers — monthly appointments, average ticket value, no-show rate, and monthly lead volume — then calculates in real time where revenue is leaking: no-show losses, unconverted leads, reactivation gap from inactive patients, and after-hours inquiries that never get a timely follow-up. The final screen shows a side-by-side Current State vs. Recovered State view with monthly gain, annual gain, and conservative 60% recovery projection. Turns abstract "lead leakage" into concrete dollar figures on screen, so the conversation is about outcomes instead of features. Designed and launched the full brand and website for Number 1 Priority LLC, an AI automation consulting business serving med spas and cosmetic practices. Built end-to-end: brand identity (logo, color system, typography), site architecture, copy, lead capture forms, embedded calendar booking, payment integration, and conversion flow from cold visitor to booked discovery call. Site doubles as the front door for cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Six-branch routing workflow built in GoHighLevel that triages every new contact based on first-touch outcome — Gatekeeper Only, Callback Requested, Decision Maker Interested, Voicemail Left, Inbound Lead, or catch-all. Each branch fires the right next action: intro email, intro SMS (with SMS consent filtering for compliance), task creation for callbacks, or internal team notification. Replaces the "did anyone follow up with that lead?" problem with deterministic routing so no contact slips through after first contact.
