Built a centralized Notion workspace during a PM simulation, interlinked databases for stakeholders, commitments, grievances, and environmental monitoring, plus SOPs for community engagement and incident response. Also built a custom bot connected to Slack and Gmail. Team members can @ it in any channel to get their tasks for the day, see what is due soon, and update the tracker, all without leaving Slack.
