Brand identity " Sushi Club" - after carefully reviewing the briefand the information provided by the client, I organized the key insights and created a keyword mapping to identify the most relevant terms describing a sushi restaurant experience. I found that "fresh", "authentic", and "experience" were among the most important values for the brand.
Chopsticks are an instantly recognizable symbol of sushi, especially in a non-Asian cultural context, where they immediately signal the type of cuisine and the experience behind it.
