I designed and built NudgeWin, an automated quote follow-up SaaS for trades and service businesses. NudgeWin helps businesses recover opportunities from outstanding quotes by automatically sending follow-ups on a configurable schedule and stopping when a customer replies or the quote is won, lost, or expired.
I built the product end-to-end, including the responsive web application, quote pipeline, automated follow-up system, reply tracking, revenue visibility, account settings, subscription billing and production deployment. The platform is designed to reduce manual admin and help trades businesses convert more of the quotes they already send into paid jobs.

I designed and built AuditCloser, a white-label website auditing SaaS for digital agencies. It scans websites across SEO, conversion, accessibility, security, technical performance and AI-search readiness, then turns the findings into clear, client-ready sales opportunities.
I built the product end-to-end, including the audit engine, scoring system, opportunity estimation, detailed findings and recommendations, white-label agency branding, PDF/print reports and embeddable lead capture. AuditCloser is designed to help agencies move from identifying website problems to presenting evidence-backed, scoped opportunities they can sell to clients.

I designed and built JobQuoteFlow, a full-stack SaaS quoting platform for trades and service businesses. It transforms rough job details into polished, customer-ready quotes using configurable labour rates, materials, markup, margins, call-out fees and GST.
I built the complete product experience, including quote creation and management, pricing rules, customer proposals, Good/Better/Best options, online accept/decline functionality, authentication, business settings and a responsive interface.
The project was taken from initial concept through product design, development and production deployment.
