This project shows a fully automated lead management workflow built to capture and process leads from LinkedIn Lead Forms and automatically distribute them to the right systems and teams.
The automation collects new lead form submissions and checks if the contact already exists. If the contact is new, the system automatically creates a contact record, sends internal notifications, and creates a new qualification card for tracking.
The workflow also routes leads to different actions using smart automation logic. Notifications are sent to teams through tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams, while lead data is organized inside CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
