I built an AI-powered search brain for OmniAxes that understands both text and voice. It uses Gemini to convert free‑form queries into semantic vector embeddings, then performs similarity search across all active posts and products with Firestore’s native vector index returning the most relevant results instantly. The same engine also powers a conversational voice concierge: it transcribes spoken requests via Whisper, decides whether to ask a clarifying question or execute a precise search, and even handles username/profile lookups by stripping extraneous words from the query. Alongside each search, I generate luxury‑concierge verdicts and smart filter chip suggestions to guide users. Rate limiting and App Check protect the endpoints, ensuring the AI remains fast and secure. In short, I built a multi‑modal, context‑aware search system that combines natural language understanding, semantic matching, and voice interaction to make product discovery seamless.

I built a full-stack Cloud Functions backend powering my OmniAxes social commerce platform. It handles everything from user profile synchronization across posts and chats, to media processing: video compression with multi-frame extraction and image thumbnail generation with explicit content moderation via Google Cloud Vision. I integrated a waitlist engine with honeypot spam protection and rate limiting, isolated in its own Firestore database. My AI layer includes the OmniVoice Engine (voice-to-text via Whisper, conversational Gemini, and TTS) and OmniAgent search with vector embeddings for semantic product/post discovery. For commerce, I implemented a secure Paystack escrow payment flow, bank account resolution, withdrawal handling, and a webhook processor for automatic ledger balancing. I also added a cron job (Ghost Buster) to clean abandoned drafts and unpaid orders, plus soft-delete logic for user deactivation and many more. Rate limiting and App Check protect critical endpoints. The backend seamlessly connects all core features with auto-scaling and security.

Intelligent Device Routing: Programmed a client-side device identification matrix script (navigator.userAgent) that dynamically streamlines screen real estate—safely routing Android traffic to app stores while capturing iOS traffic. Sandboxed Cloud Database Isolation: Integrated the Firebase SDK library package to connect the iOS early-access form directly to an isolated, secondary Cloud Firestore database instance, protecting primary production app systems. Institutional Data Security: Engineered custom server-side security schema rules (request.resource.data (http://request.resource.data)) to actively intercept, sanitize, and validate all incoming subscriber strings against character size boundaries and injection vulnerabilities. Production Deployment Management: Successfully compiled and minimized source code modules into high-performance distribution assets, deploying via Google’s enterprise edge network hosting configurations mapping live custom domain records.

The objective was to combine the fluid, low-latency media delivery of world-class consumer social apps with the ironclad security of financial escrow systems, order management, media-rich vendor storefronts, and dedicated context-aware chat features.
