Nervenex is a full-stack web application designed to make learning more engaging through interactive quizzes and collaborative knowledge sharing. The platform enables users to take timed quizzes across a wide range of subjects, create and publish their own quizzes, access educational resources, and participate in community discussions where learners and experts can exchange ideas. The goal of the platform is to help users strengthen their understanding of challenging topics through continuous practice and collaboration.
As a co-developer, I contributed to the design, development, and maintenance of the platform's backend and web application. My work involved building RESTful APIs with Python, implementing database models and authentication, integrating frontend and backend components, optimizing application performance, ensuring code quality through testing and PEP 8 compliance, configuring deployment environments, and collaborating with another developer using Git and GitHub throughout the software development lifecycle.

Obere is url shortening service that takes any given url and returns a shorter version, using randomly generated shortcodes (6-8 chars) or a custom alias/name.
The name Obere is an Igbo word that means small. This characterizes the most important feature of our service, turning long, confusing urls into very simple urls that can even be memorized quickly.
