Cover image for GriyaLego is a circular economy
GriyaLego is a circular economy digital platform created to address Indonesia's growing plastic waste crisis, focusing on the 64% of Gen Z who care about the environment but do not know where to start. It aims to transform unwanted waste into high value materials, tapping into Indonesia's USD 50 billion circular economy potential. As both Hipster and Hustler for this business competition project, I handled two core pillars. On the design side, I rebranded the dirty image of waste into a modern, friendly product identity and designed intuitive user experiences for features like EcoBlok modular building materials, Griya Custom infrastructure customization, Griya Market recycled product marketplace, Griya Renew waste to points incentives, and GriyaImpact real time environmental impact calculator. On the business side, I mapped market segmentation across Gen Z, SMEs, government, and green developers, while building the revenue strategy to ensure long term financial sustainability. For sustainable benefits, this entire ecosystem directly contributes to SDGs 8, 9, 11, and 12, driving eco friendly infrastructure innovation in support of Indonesia Emas 2045.

Cover image for LogiChains is a smart logistics
LogiChains is a smart logistics ecosystem powered by AI and blockchain, created to tackle Indonesia's high shipping costs which reach 30% of product prices and to help the 85% of SMEs struggling with inter island distribution. As the Project Manager and Product Designer, I designed a validated prototype that won 2nd Place at ECOFEB 2025 by offering an intuitive user experience across five core features including LogiMarket, LogiAI Routing, LogiTrack, LogiPay, and LogiInsight. The platform cuts logistics costs by 20% through AI driven route optimization and ensures secure, transparent transaction tracking via blockchain technology. For long term sustainability, LogiChains aligns with SDGs to help businesses scale efficiently while actively reducing carbon emissions from transit, paving the way for a greener distribution network.

Cover image for EcoFetch is a digital waste
EcoFetch is a digital waste management platform designed to make recycling practical, engaging, and genuinely impactful. This innovation project stems from a pressing concern over the millions of tons of waste generated in Indonesia, where many people want to live sustainably but simply don't know where to start. By implementing an accessible, gamified, and rewarding approach, this platform bridges that gap, transforming the otherwise tedious task of waste sorting into an interactive experience. As the product designer for this project, I took full ownership of the UX research, crafting intuitive user flows, and executing high-fidelity prototypes for both web and mobile interfaces using Figma. The core features I developed include scheduled waste pickup services, smart waste sorting, and a recycling marketplace to support the local circular economy. To keep users motivated, I designed an environmental impact dashboard that tracks real world contributions, such as CO2 emission reductions, and integrated an interactive Eco Game or Green Challenge feature to build sustainable habits while boosting long term user engagement.
