Recreated Inception's most iconic frames as AI film — entirely in Renoise. The folding Paris cityscape, the rotating-gravity hallway, the city crumbling into the sea, and the spinning top that never quite stops. Pipeline: Nano Banana Pro for keyframes → Seedance 2.0 for motion → stitched and graded for that cold IMAX teal. The trick with Inception is that it's set inside dreams, so any surreal instability in the motion reads as intentional dream-logic rather than an AI artifact — it's almost the perfect film to rebuild this way. This is the follow-up to my Interstellar recreation (2nd place, Contra × CapCut). Building these as a series now. Curious what scene I should take on next. 👇

As both an artist and AI user, I wanted to use this project to spark a deeper conversation around how AI can be used for good - but also for bad, especially when it comes to art theft and changing people's appearance’s without their consent. I built this piece in Renoise Canvas by chaining together fluid painting sequences with your typical tech-office environment, starting with a storyboard-type of image generation and use of FacePass to keep the character consistent all the way through to that chilling final twist. What do you think? #RenoiseChallenge

Just wrapped up The Hunt, my submission for the RENOISE Challenge. This project was all about building tension through atmosphere rather than dialogue or gore. Every shot, discarded iteration, and transition was explored inside the Renoise Canvas until the pacing felt right. Sometimes the best creative decision is knowing what not to keep. The attached workflow shows the complete production process—from early experiments and unused generations to the assets that made the final cut. If you're interested in AI-powered filmmaking, creative workflows, or visual storytelling, I'd love to hear your thoughts. PUFFHS: Artisanal Pastry Landing Page Concept Welcome to PUFFHS, a conceptual landing page designed for a premium artisanal bakery specializing in gourmet cream puffs. This project reimagines how we browse and buy high-end digital food products. Most food e-commerce platforms and delivery apps rely on static, uninspiring grid layouts that fail to capture the true tactile appeal of the product. The challenge was to break away from standard UI patterns and create a digital shopping experience that is as mouth-watering and engaging as the pastries themselves, all while keeping complex dietary information accessible To solve this, I experimented with a highly interactive, motion-driven approach. The core UX innovation is the "Reveal the Puff" mechanic. Instead of forcing users to read long paragraphs about the ingredients, I designed a seamless micro-interaction that allows them to virtually "slice" the dessert with a single click, instantly revealing the rich filling and texture.

My submission for #RenoiseChallenge is a commercial for Veil. The goal was to make something cinematic with a twist at the end. Tools used in Renoise: Midjourney, GPT 2, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0. Post-edit in DaVinci Resolve. Unfortunately couldn't figure out a way to share my canvas workflow, but check out the screenshot in the comments below. Let me know your thoughts🧠

I never wanted to be a starving artist. Wanted to be a talk show host. Then a Vegas lounge singer. Anything but an artist. But life is full of twists. For the Renoise × Contra challenge I got personal. 60 seconds, autobiographical, every frame on a plan: childhood daydreams shot in degraded consumer formats (Kodachrome, broadcast NTSC, grainy 16mm), graduating into large-format cinema as the kid works out what he's been doing all along. FacePass held the shots I needed, and the interface stayed out of my way. Cool tool, genuinely easy to use. #RenoiseChallenge

AFTERLIFE is a 26.9-second cinematic dystopian short imagining a future where the Afterlife has become a commercial service. People willingly queue for the promise of eternal reunion, never realizing that the same perfect family memories sold to them are used to keep an endless industrial workforce obedient. Every image and video clip was created in Renoise Canvas using a reference-driven workflow with AI image generation, FacePass, and AI video generation, then edited into a single cinematic short with original sound design. ⚠️ SPOILER This short film follows an older woman with Alzheimer’s as she relives a memory loop from her younger years, when she was preparing for an important exhibition at the height of her artistic career. 🎨 What first feels like a young artist’s present moment slowly reveals itself as a fragment of memory, seen through the mind of the woman she becomes. 🕰️ 🎬 Created in Renoise 🎧 Music generated with Suno ✨ Built as a cinematic AI short with an emotional final twist 🗣️ Voices created with ElevenLabs I’ll add my workflow video in the comments soon, showing how I built the scenes and the process behind the film. 🛠️ X post: https://x.com/Naghdaliyevaart/status/2071634142463225997?s=20 #RenoiseChallenge

So I wanted to see how far I could push a simple idea inside Renoise. The story starts with my AI character on an ordinary train ride. A football match catches her attention, the train makes its final stop, and suddenly she's running onto a live stadium pitch to take the shot herself. I loved playing with that unexpected transition between two completely different worlds. To build it, I used Face Pass to keep character consistent, added an outfit reference for continuity, then used Renoise Canvas to generate and connect the images that become the entire scene. After a few refinements, the AI created the visual shots, I focused on directing the story and editing the final sequence. I'm also sharing a sped-up Canvas walkthrough so you can see exactly how I built it. #RenoiseChallenge

Renoise teamed up with Contra to produce a cinematic short (up to 60 seconds with limited credits) built around a story with an unexpected ending. A real plot twist moment. And that's exactly where I come in, doing my best M. Night Shyamalan impression. With M. Night, you never really know what you're walking into. Could be genius. Could be utterly ridiculous. Probably both. This one is just ridiculous I guess. But unexpected.

DESEO is a cinematic video about vulnerability as the source of strength. For the Wonder Challenge, I built its promotional landing page — designing it as if it were a real film release. The design extends the film's visual language: petal trails, origami textures, kintsugi gold accents, and a cinematic noise grain that ties every section together. Each scroll reveals a new act of the story. I also conceptualized an interaction for the hero: on click, soft pink ripple rings — textured with the same Noise Passes shader applied throughout the page — expand from the play button, dissolving the title and all overlaid elements before the video plays. A transition that mirrors the film itself — something breaking open from within. Here the link to DESEO's Wonder file: https://app.wonder.so/antea-haauk/files/019f2532-8f00-7ac0-9da5-b7a6404d5def

Hello, you all! Hope you're doing great. This is my submission for the Renoise Challenge! I wanted to create something honest, that had an impactful plot-twist, so I really hope I achieved that, and also, that you like it. Also, I'd like to share this quote I found on-line that helps me to put into fewer words how appreciate a bit part of this AI revolution that never stops: ''Responsible AI is not just about liability — it's about ensuring what you are building is enabling human flourishing'' said by Rumman Chowdhury. Also, I'll share my canvas and a brief explanation of my workflow in this loom video: https://www.loom.com/share/67204f7fa5ab4c2abfcc26f40a6218bb Thank you for watching!

I made “American Magic,” a cinematic talent-show short with a major twist at the end. I scripted it myself (without AI) and built the piece in Renoise using a shot-by-shot AI video workflow, consistent character design references, set design, theatrical lighting, and an important gray hat! Now I’m gonna go have a cigarette. #RenoiseChallenge

The plan was to make a super fun video with some noise and action, matching the challenge vibe... For this my creative direction goes to zombies, because nothing is more unexpected and noisy than zombies especially when they're robots Made on @Renoise using canvas for a better workflow and results

🎬 The Library of Rain For the Renoise Challenge, I created a cinematic anime short inspired by the emotional storytelling of modern Japanese animated films. The story follows Ren as he discovers a mysterious abandoned library where every raindrop holds someone's memories. As the memories fade, he opens the final book and realizes the library has been writing his own story all along. Created with Renoise, using consistent character references, cinematic keyframes, and AI-generated animation to achieve a feature-film anime aesthetic with immersive lighting, rain effects, and orchestral storytelling.
