A fully AI-produced luxury campaign film for one of Pakistan's most iconic ethnic wear brands — no crew, no travel, no location permits. Just a directed, cinematic production built entirely through an AI-native pipeline.
The starting point? Low-resolution WebP catalog images pulled from a webpage. The finish line: a cinematic film featuring a custom digital muse, a Maldives shoreline at golden hour, and a white horse that never needed a handler.
The workflow, in short:
⟶ Asset Isolation — garment, jewelry & parandah extracted from compressed catalog shots into clean ghost-mannequin plates
⟶ Identity Locking — a bespoke Pakistani digital model & photoshoot horse designed via multi-angle turnaround sheets for frame-perfect consistency
⟶ Scene Compositing — assets fused into golden-hour Maldives environments with physically-matched light wrap and shadow direction
⟶ Video Synthesis — each master frame animated with multi-reference identity anchoring and choreographed single-move camera paths (slow push-ins, reverse tracks, floating rises — luxury pacing throughout)
⟶ Post-Production — DaVinci Resolve grade, Premiere Pro conform, After Effects finishing
