I see a lot of business owners holding back because they do not want to keep paying monthly fees just to run a simple website. That should not stop you from getting online. I am currently open to work, and I have been building simple, clean web apps that help you start selling without ongoing platform costs. You can run your store with just a one-time domain setup and still give your customers a smooth experience. I recently built this web app to show what is possible: https://sobolo-order-maker.lovable.app If you are starting out, testing a product, or you just want something simple that works without draining your budget, this is for you. Send me a message. Let us build something that actually helps your business move forward. #OpenToWork #WebDesign #SmallBusiness #Entrepreneur #Ecommerce #Startup #OnlineBusiness #Freelancer #NoCode #WebApp #BusinessGrowth #DigitalSolutions

The 6 Stages of the Digital Property Buyer And where real estate companies lose them. A property buyer rarely goes from seeing an ad → visiting a website → submitting an enquiry → buying. The journey is far more complex. For our latest YUKTAAI Research, we analyzed and synthesized findings across 29 industry reports, studies and research sources covering digital buying behaviour, UX, conversion psychology and real estate buyer behaviour. The research draws on work from organizations including Baymard Institute, Microsoft, Nielsen Norman Group, CXL and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). What emerged was a clear 6-stage digital property journey: Awareness → Search → Evaluation → Inquiry → Verification → Closing And buyers can disappear at every stage. Outdated pricing during search. Hidden fees or unclear payment plans during evaluation. Long forms and gated information when they're ready to enquire. Slow responses after they've already shown intent. The interesting part? The problem isn't always generating more traffic. Sometimes the buyer is already on the website. The real problem is helping them move confidently from one decision to the next. We mapped the full journey and the major friction points below. Want the deeper research behind this framework? Reach out to YUKTAAI.

AI vs. Human: The ultimate taste test! 🧐 For the @envato #envatochallenge, I faced a pivotal #HumanByDesign moment. The AI generated a technically perfect image, but my human instinct knew it lacked soul. On the right? My choice: an authentic, emotionally resonant image, refined with human touch. It's a powerful reminder that while AI is an incredible tool, the difference is always taste, instinct, and experience. Which side speaks to you more? Share your thoughts! 👇 #AIandHuman #CreativeJudgment #EnvatoChallenge #HumanByDesign #CreativeProcess #DesignThinking #TasteMatters

You're not losing leads because your offers are bad, though they might need a bit of restructuring.... But you keep losing leads because your "follow-up" process is weak. Here’s what usually happens: A prospect: • Visits the website • Fills out a form • Sends a message • Downloads something Then silence. No structured follow-up. No nurturing. No reminders. No relationship-building. And then you wonder why your conversions stay low. The truth is most leads are not ready to take desired actions immediately. People need: • Trust • Clarity • Reassurance • Consistent communication This is why lead nurturing matters. A strong system continues the conversation even when the business owner is offline. That’s how businesses stop leaking opportunities. Do you currently have an automated lead nurturing process?

Most people still associate Community Health Workers (CHWs) strictly with healthcare systems. But CHWs are becoming increasingly valuable far beyond traditional clinical settings. Their real strength is helping organizations bridge the gap between systems and real-life human challenges. Transportation issues. Housing instability. Food access. Childcare barriers. Mental health strain. Resource navigation. Workplace stress. These issues do not stay “personal.” They eventually show up inside organizations through absenteeism, burnout, communication breakdowns, and turnover. That’s why CHWs are becoming an important part of workforce stabilization and community support strategies. The organizations adapting best right now are the ones recognizing that operational stability and human stability are connected. Strong systems still require supported people.
