I designed the journey around four stages — Roots, Trunk, Branches, and Fruit — guiding participants from clarifying the project foundation, to structuring activities and responsibilities, building the financing case, and preparing for implementation.
The program can be completed self-paced by individual founders or delivered as a four-week guided cohort experience with structured check-ins, practical exercises, and readiness milestones.
My role included program strategy, learning-journey design, practical tools, founder guidance, and readiness assessment.
The result is a flexible, repeatable experience that helps founders turn complex ideas into clearer projects, stronger financing cases, and actionable next steps.
