Cover image for 🔥 Just wrapped a 60-second
🔥 Just wrapped a 60-second explainer for a SaaS Logistic platform, which rates dispatchers and logistics partners using real customer feedback. 🚀 The challenge: turning dashboards and data into a story that feels human. We moved from guesswork to clarity, with clean UI animation, a data-driven middle act, and a spinning logo reveal. Process: script review, storyboarding, styleframes in Figma and Illustrator, then After Effects animation with sound design matched to every beat. Clean, minimal, and built to make a data product feel simple. → Similar case study (https://contra.com/p/ARMkqQFv-cv-tools-pro-launch-explainer-video?referralExperimentNid=DEFAULT_REFERRAL_PROGRAM&referrerUsername=joyjitsett)

Cover image for 🚀 Tried an AI-generated app
🚀 Tried an AI-generated app promo showing the UI screens in motion - fast to produce, but it's obvious where a human eye would've fixed pacing, hierarchy, and transitions. Useful for speed, not for polish. Craft still wins. A lot of loopholes are there. Still learning, and there's a lot I need to improve. → I still love my non-AI-generated app promo (https://youtu.be/nIBB6nVMwX0), you can check it out.

Cover image for What if your motion graphics could react to what's happening...
What if your motion graphics could react to what's happening around them? I recreated this proximity-based animation in After Effects, where a moving controller influences the characters around it. The fun part was taking the basic idea further making the characters move, changing their facial expressions, making the eyes follow the controller, and even adding proximity-based lighting. It’s a good example of how expressions can turn a simple animation into something much more interactive. I’ve also recorded the complete tutorial and broken down how I built the effect step by step. 🎬 Full tutorial: https://youtu.be/Y7bM_JVxwXI?si=5iQ4vIM0A3eNRMUI Inspired by the original tutorial by Olly (@oliviero_s) “Automatic Proximity Reactions in After Effects.” #AfterEffects #MotionGraphics #MotionDesign #Animation #AfterEffectsTutorial #CreativeCoding
