Rebuilt the website for The Healing Journey, a licensed counseling practice. Here's the hero, before and after. Their old site was costing them clients. The before: a stock beach photo, a headline that could belong to any therapist, a logo you had to squint at. A nervous first-time client landed there and felt nothing. The after: a headline that sounds like a person, one clear path down the page, one obvious next step to book a consultation. No Figma, no templates. I built an operating system for website rebuilds: GPT Image 2 and Reve set the art direction, my pipeline decodes it into layers, then it gets hand-coded section by section and QA'd against the design. Image to code, without the AI-template look. Left is what was costing them inquiries. Right is what greets people now. Slide it yourself 👉 authorityread.com/healing-journey

I built a full cinematic brand site for a made-up dental consulting company. Total AI generation spend: about $23. I wanted to see how far the ceiling has actually moved. So I picked a vertical I work in (independent dental implant practices), invented a brand called Northline, and gave it the kind of launch film a studio would quote five figures for. Two pieces. A 73-second cinematic flythrough. The camera dives through a clay-diorama version of the whole practice, from reception to the operatory to follow-up, tracing one copper path that stands in for demand moving through the business. A scrolling site where that same footage is wired to your scroll. Scroll down and the film moves forward, scroll up and it runs back. You are the play head. How it was made. Stills: GPT Image 2 for six 4K scenes. About $0.56. Motion: Seedance 2.0 turned each still into an 8-second shot. About $22. The part that sells it: between every scene there is a connector clip generated from the actual last frame of the shot before it and the first frame of the shot after. So the camera never cuts or teleports. It reads as one continuous move through the whole world. What the AI did not do: decide it should be a clay miniature, hold the same five characters and the copper path consistent across all six scenes, or map the video timeline to scroll position. That is still a human job, and it is most of the work. The thing that stuck with me: a local service business can now have a genuinely premium brand film and an interactive site for the price of lunch and an afternoon. The generators are a commodity now. Knowing what to build and keeping the world coherent across shots is where the value actually sits. Concept build, no real client. Best on desktop. https://northline-practice-growth.vercel.app

CatchUp, a cross-platform group scheduling app (client prototype): a React Native organizer app plus a zero-install PWA that guests open straight from an SMS link, both running on one Convex real-time backend. Group convergence runs through a 5-stage weighted scoring engine that blends availability, priorities, time-of-day preferences, and live penalties for bad weather and travel distance. Also in there: a from-scratch WCAG accessibility harness and 157 test files. The live demo is the organizer app with the backend deliberately disconnected.

The Healing Journey, a site rebuild for Lynne Kelly's therapy practice, live at thehjcc.com. Migrated a legacy WordPress brochure site to a fast hand-built static site: a 17-page service-in-city network across three cities, full JSON-LD schema, and a privacy-conscious contact flow built for a trust-sensitive clinical practice. Then I measured its AI visibility with a real ChatGPT citation probe: cited on branded queries, not yet on unbranded ones, diagnosed as an off-site corroboration gap. The practice reports roughly 15% more bookings and 20% higher rates since launch (practice-reported).

built this test scene with #Reve from @higgsfield_ai — love how it handled the reflections, glass depth, and neon glow. feels like a real street shot, but every piece was created digitally. continuing to explore how these tools can expand what’s possible in visual storytelling.

Working through a new set of fall visuals. Taking the design from initial idea to finished product and now into campaign imagery with a focus on realism and grounded characters. Real Solutions. Evolving Tools.

Spent some time exploring Higgsfield’s Angles Engine. I ran one character at a time through a range of angles to see how consistent it stayed across lighting and environments. What I like most is how the angles spark new ideas and turn simple moments into something more considered. It also helps with character reference buildout. Early, but already a solid addition to the workflow.

From sketch to story, the Twelve25 Tee began as a simple line drawing inspired by the changing tides and the time between them, 12hrs 25mins. What better way to bring that story to life than an evening with friends near the ocean. Brought to life through illustration, product design, and a campaign moment that feels real, not staged. Built for Everyday, Made for You.
