What if your motion graphics could react to what's happening around them? I recreated this proximity-based animation in After Effects, where a moving controller influences the characters around it. The fun part was taking the basic idea further making the characters move, changing their facial expressions, making the eyes follow the controller, and even adding proximity-based lighting. It’s a good example of how expressions can turn a simple animation into something much more interactive. Created this real-estate location animation to showcase how a property’s surroundings can be presented in a more engaging way. I wanted to move beyond a simple map and turn the location, nearby landmarks, and connectivity into something visually interesting and easy to understand. Designed and animated in After Effects, with a focus on smooth transitions, map movement, location markers, and clean visual storytelling. A simple concept, but a great way to make real-estate content feel more dynamic.
