I created a Nutrition Tracker with OCR so I can snap a photo of a package and extract it's details! I always have trouble with MyFitnessPal or other product databases because they will invariably not have something I'm eating. Well, this is a nice companion feature to fix that.

Just run the backend service on the IoT hardware, and host the web app on your local network. From your phone you can combine the relevant functions into remotes for ease of use. No more carrying a laptop around to SSH into stuff and turn it on!
