Case Study: Website Localisation Workflow Design for Invar Group with Smartcat + WPML Integration to Automate and Streamline the project. A technology-driven logistics company needed a fast, scalable localisation solution to adapt their English website into Polish. The ask was to eliminate manual text handling while ensuring consistent quality and cultural accuracy. As a localisation consultant, I designed and implemented an integrated translation workflow using Smartcat and WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin). This enabled translators to work directly within the CMS in real time, with QA oversight and automatic content updates back to the live site ā significantly reducing turnaround time and human admin effort. Result: localisation cost saving of 40%.

Advising Global E-Learning Platform on scoping out multilingual translation tender text & AV content to achieve best use of the budget though a hybrid of AI and Human. A global e-learning provider approached for guidance on how to scope out a large-scale localisation project involving both textual and audiovisual content in order to minimise the cost.
