A technology-driven logistics company needed a fast, scalable localisation solution to adapt their English website into Polish. The ask was to eliminate manual text handling while ensuring consistent quality and cultural accuracy.
As a localisation consultant, I designed and implemented an integrated translation workflow using Smartcat and WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin). This enabled translators to work directly within the CMS in real time, with QA oversight and automatic content updates back to the live site — significantly reducing turnaround time and human admin effort.
