Rather than treating packaging as a standalone asset, I developed a cohesive, multi-SKU system designed to function as a complete in-store experience, from individual product to full display execution. Every element was intentionally designed to: Deliver instant shelf clarity Guide the shopper through the assortment effortlessly Increase basket size through visual merchandising Eliminate the need for explanation at shelf The result is a system where the product becomes the display, transforming simple pouches into a high-impact, giftable, and shoppable retail presence.
