Benzinga APIs provides institutional-grade market news and financial datasets to brokerages, fintech companies, and enterprise platforms. While the product offering was robust, the existing WordPress website struggled to keep up with the pace, scale, and complexity of the platform.
As content and datasets expanded, maintaining accuracy and freshness became increasingly difficult. This led to a strategic decision to move from WordPress to Framer, enabling a faster, more scalable, and data-aware website experience. I'm excited to showcase one of my latest WordPress restaurant website projects, designed with a clean, modern interface that helps restaurants create a memorable first impression and attract more customers online.

Sharing my first project here on Contra: a full end-to-end redesign concept for My Perfume Shop, a fragrance and beauty e-commerce retailer.
This was a complete build, not just a design pass. I handled the UI/UX design, front-end development, and e-commerce setup from the ground up, with the goal of making a high-SKU retail catalog feel premium, easy to scan, and built to convert.
A few things I focused on:
Rotating brand-spotlight hero banners for seasonal campaigns (Louboutin, Versace, Prada, Hermès)
A bestseller grid with clear sale/bestseller tagging so shoppers can scan fast
Curated gift-set and collection modules to encourage cross-sell
An editorial "Fragrance Academy" content section for SEO and brand storytelling
A trust-building footer covering shipping, returns, and payment options
This was a personal/concept project, built to sharpen my retail e-commerce design and front-end skills and to show how I approach UX at scale for high-volume catalogs. Feedback is welcome, and I'm open to similar builds if this is the kind of work you need.
