A gamified web experience where affiliates answer one question and get sorted into one of three competing teams — each with its own identity, color, coach, and energy. Built with Rive for smooth, responsive animations. AI-generated 3D characters and ElevenLabs voices bring each coach to life with real personality. Every motion was designed with product thinking — lightweight, accessible, and focused on moving the user forward. From the badge reveal to the coach intro, every interaction has a role.
