Web designer building conversion focused websites for brands
Cover image for I designed a website for
I designed a website for a VA, but the goal wasn't simply to make it “pretty.” I wanted her ideal client to land on the site and think: “She looks professional.” “I can trust her.” “She understands what I need.” “She could actually give me my time back.” I deliberately avoided the typical VA aesthetic and went for something warm, editorial, calm and premium. And because the main goal was conversion, the page was designed as a focused landing page rather than a complicated multi-page website. Everything leads back to one action: Book a Discovery Call. She needs them to understand her value and book a call.

Cover image for Before you spend another penny
Before you spend another penny on ads, make sure your website can actually convert the traffic you're paying for. You spend money on an ads. Someone clicks. They land on your website… …and something feels off. The website looks outdated. They can't figure out what you actually offer. The page takes forever to load. They can't figure out what you actually offer. It's difficult to use on mobile. The CTA is nowhere to be found. Or there's so much information on the page that they don't even know what they're supposed to do. So they leave. You paid for the ads You got the click You got the visitor But you didn't get the customer. And that's why before increasing your ads budget, you need to make sure your website is ready for the traffic you're paying for. Your website should be: 1. Clear — people should immediately understand what you do and who it's for. 2. Easy to navigate— it should be easy to navigate so they can quickly find the information they need. 3. Optimised - it should be fast and mobile friendly cos most of your visitors are browsing from their mobile And most importantly there should be a clear next step. If someone is interested make it obvious what they should do next. Book, buy, enquire, call or whatever the goal is. And don't forget your trust. Testimonials, reviews, previous work, before and afters and whatever makes your client confident enough to trust you and give you their money.

Cover image for Choose the Right Website Type for Your Business
So… you need a website, but you have absolutely no idea what kind you need? The answer depends on how your business actually works. If you sell products: You need an e-commerce website. Your customers should be able to browse your products, see prices, add items to their cart and complete their purchase. If you sell services: You need a service-based website. Whether you're a photographer, stylist, dry cleaner, private chef, gym or professional service provider, your website should clearly explain what you offer, answer common questions, show your pricing/packages and make it easy for people to contact or book you. If you're building a personal brand: A personal website can help establish your expertise and make it easier for people to work with you. This could be useful for coaches, therapists, lawyers, UGC creators, consultants and other professionals. Your website can introduce you, explain what you do, showcase your expertise, answer FAQs, display your pricing and allow people to book appointments. If you're a creative professional: A portfolio website is probably what you need. Designers, photographers, writers, illustrators and other creatives need a space where their best work can actually speak for them. And then there are businesses that need something more specific: Booking websites Membership websites Directories Online courses And more. The point is choose a website that fits the way your business operates

Cover image for A construction and handyman company
A construction and handyman company needed a website that reflected the quality of its work and helped generate more service inquiries. Their previous online presence lacked trust-building elements and did not effectively showcase completed projects. I created a clean, professional Squarespace website featuring service pages, project galleries, customer testimonials, and clear call-to-action sections. The design was optimized for mobile devices and structured to help visitors quickly find information and request quotes. The result was a stronger online presence that increased credibility, highlighted the company's expertise, and made it easier for potential customers to contact the business for projects and repairs.

Cover image for A growing fitness business needed
A growing fitness business needed a professional online presence to attract new members and showcase its training programs. Their existing website lacked clear navigation, mobile optimization, and effective lead-generation features. I designed a modern website with a strong visual identity, service-focused pages, class schedules, and integrated booking forms. The site was optimized for mobile users and structured to guide visitors toward consultations and membership sign-ups. The result was a professional, conversion-focused website that improved user experience, strengthened brand credibility, and made it easier for potential clients to discover services and take action.

A beauty salon needed a modern website that would showcase its services, attract new clients, and simplify appointment bookings. Their previous online presence lacked a professional design, making it difficult for potential customers to trust the brand and take action. I designed a visually appealing Wix website featuring service menus, pricing sections, appointment booking integration, client testimonials, and a mobile-friendly layout. The design focused on highlighting the salon's expertise, creating a luxury feel, and encouraging visitors to book services. The result was a polished online presence that strengthened brand credibility, improved customer engagement, and made it easier for clients to discover services and schedule appointments, helping support business growth and repeat bookings.

A healthcare provider required a modern website that would build trust with patients while making healthcare information and appointment scheduling easily accessible. The existing website was outdated and difficult to navigate. I designed a user-friendly website with clear service information, practitioner profiles, appointment booking functionality, and a responsive layout optimized for all devices. Special attention was given to accessibility, clarity, and patient experience. The result was a professional healthcare website that enhanced patient confidence, improved accessibility to important information, and streamlined the appointment booking process.
