I just recorded a short video showing how I find leads using a bot I built. In this example, I’m using a Telegram bot, but the idea is much bigger than Telegram itself. The same logic can work with Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, or any other chat-based interface. The same goes for storage: instead of Google Sheets, this can connect to any CRM or database you already use. The goal is simple: reduce manual work and make lead discovery faster, cleaner, and easier to scale. Bots are just interfaces. The real value is in the automation behind them. Client Onboarding Workflow In this video, you can see how the data from your form is automatically added to a Notion database. Then, a Slack channel is created under the client’s company name, and after that, you receive a notification that you have a new client. I built an AI-powered workflow for candidate screening in the hiring process. The workflow analyzes uploaded CVs and evaluates candidates based on role-specific criteria that you define in advance. Based on this analysis, candidates are automatically either shortlisted or filtered out. In this demo, shortlisted candidates are stored in Google Sheets for review. The workflow can also be extended to automatically send rejection emails to candidates who don’t meet the criteria. The result is a clean, structured shortlist of candidates who fully match the requirements, with significantly less manual work for the hiring team.
