Assigned explicit property tags (such as Project, Document Type, Fiscal Year, and Access Level) across the digital assets. Configured permissions and access controls to ensure strict data governance. The Result: Built a fully filterable internal wiki and knowledge repository that protected sensitive data while keeping information instantly discoverable.
