Project Description:
Migrating an organizational document registry into a modern, searchable SharePoint environment to capture institutional memory and secure data sharing.
What I Did:
Designed a custom metadata mapping profile layout to organize documents cleanly.
Assigned explicit property tags (such as Project, Document Type, Fiscal Year, and Access Level) across the digital assets.
Configured permissions and access controls to ensure strict data governance.
The Result: Built a fully filterable internal wiki and knowledge repository that protected sensitive data while keeping information instantly discoverable.
