The business plan covers key areas including the executive summary, market analysis, business model, competitive landscape, marketing strategy, operations, financial projections, and growth opportunities. I then translated this information into a presentation that balances strong storytelling with clean, professional design.
Every slide was intentionally crafted to guide the audience through the business narrative using thoughtful layouts, visual hierarchy, custom icons, charts, and consistent branding. The result is a presentation that not only looks professional but also supports confident decision-making and effective communication. Global Cosmetics Manufacturer Sourcing Research - Conducted global supplier research for a beauty brand seeking suitable cosmetics manufacturers in the USA, China, and India. I evaluated 8 manufacturers based on private-label capabilities, MOQs, lead times, costs, certifications, quality standards, and reputation. I organized the findings into a structured comparison report and ranked the top 5 suppliers based on the client’s requirements, providing clear, actionable recommendations to support supplier selection and product development.
