Mapped every stage from the first website visit and lead qualification to consultation, quotation, project planning, production, delivery, and after-sales support. Defined lead statuses, sales pipeline, automation logic, customer communications, internal workflows, and handover processes between sales, design, production, and installation teams. The goal was to reduce manual work, improve lead conversion, and create a scalable customer experience as the business grows.
