CASE STUDY 1 : Luxury Hotel, Ubud, Bali The brief : A five-star sanctuary in the Ubud jungle. Architecturally stunning. Feed felt like a brochure. Guests were finding them through travel agents and OTAs, not Instagram. The problem : Luxury was being shown. Not felt. Wide shots of villas. Empty rooms. Aerial drone footage. Nothing that made a UHNW guest think "this is mine." The shift : We stopped photographing the property. We started photographing the experience of staying in it. → Quiet content. Hands, light, ritual. → Less captions. More mood. → One Reel per week, not five. → Stories built around guests, chefs, and the head florist, never the brand. The outcome : - Engagement quality up significantly (saves and shares, not likes) - DM inquiries from international guests now a weekly occurrence - Featured organically by two luxury travel curators - Direct bookings via Instagram climbing month over month The principle : Luxury isn't louder. It's slower. CASE STUDY 2 : Boutique Hotel, Munggu, Bali. The brief : An adults-only boutique hotel and retreat venue, 300m from Munggu Beach. Owned by a couple. The product is rare in Bali: Canggu access without Canggu noise. The challenge: most people scrolling Instagram for "Canggu" don't know Munggu exists. The problem : Spaces was being positioned the way every Canggu hotel is pool shots, smoothie bowls, design details. But Spaces isn't competing with Canggu. It's the answer for people tired of Canggu. That story wasn't on the feed. The shift : We rebuilt the content around one idea: slow Canggu. → Mornings at Spaces vs. mornings in central Canggu, visual contrast as a hook. → Retreat-host storytelling, since groups book the whole property. → Owner-led content builds trust no stock reel can. → Bahasa + English captions to capture domestic retreat organisers too. The outcome : - Follower growth multiplied within the first quarter - Save rates climbing, guests using the feed as a trip-planning tool - Inbound retreat inquiries via DM, not just rooms - A clearer brand line in market: not another Canggu hotel The principle : The fastest growth comes from positioning, not posting more.

I help beauty & wellness brands look as premium online as they feel in person. Aesthetic clinics. Yoga retreats. Recovery centers. If your space feels high-end but your Instagram doesn't, that's the gap I close. Here's what I do I run social media for service-based beauty and wellness brands. Not just posting — the whole thing. Strategy, branding, content, reputation management. One person handling your brand instead of five freelancers who've never met each other. Three brands I'm currently doing this for, across Singapore and Bali: 🇸🇬 An aesthetic clinic in Singapore They offer premium treatments like Cryo360 and EM Luxe in a market where every clinic looks identical online, same stock photos, same 30% off promos, same generic "before and after" templates. What I changed: Built their content around the actual doctor. Treatment explainers, equipment walk-throughs, real clinical environment. Their feed stopped looking like every other medspa and started looking like the clinic to go to. I also handle their DMs and reviews so the brand voice stays consistent everywhere people meet them. 🧘🏽♀️ A yoga & retreat center in Bali Bali yoga content all looks the same. Sunlit bamboo studio, mat on the floor, woman in a pose. Scroll, scroll, scroll. Their problem wasn't quality, it was that nobody could tell them apart from 200 other shalas. What I changed: Slowed everything down. Cinematic pacing, intentional captions, content that actually feels like the practice rather than just showing it. Retreat bookings now have a brand to attach to, not just a pretty grid. Reviews and comments handled too, so every touchpoint feels like the same place. 🏋🏽♀️ A gym & recovery center in Bali This one's tricky because they're two things at once — serious training space and recovery sanctuary. Most gyms can't pull off both without confusing people. What I changed: Built a brand voice that holds both pillars together. Training content that shows the intensity. Recovery content that shows the calm. Same feed, same brand, no whiplash. Member-led social proof doing the heavy lifting on conversions. What you actually get when you work with me Branding. Documented brand voice and visual guidelines before we shoot anything. So your content stops drifting every time someone new touches it. Social media management. Strategy, content, posting, community — all of it. You stop juggling. Reputation management. Reviews, DMs, comments. All handled in your voice, fast. Negative feedback addressed before it spreads. Strategy. Every post has a job. Awareness, education, or conversion. If it doesn't move someone closer to booking, we don't post it. Why this works (and why most agencies don't) Most agencies treat beauty and wellness like any other niche. They copy-paste a content strategy from a SaaS client and wonder why it flops. Here's what I've learned running this work: Your face matters more than stock. People book you. Show up. Slow pacing reads as premium. Fast cuts feel cheap in this category. One shoot day = weeks of content. If you're planning right. Reputation lives next to content. A great feed with bad reviews still loses. Hi, I'm Zee 👋🏽 I'm based in Bali, originally working with clients across Singapore and Indonesia. I'm not a giant agency, that's the point. When you hire me, you get me. I'm the one shaping your strategy, directing your shoots, writing your captions, and watching your DMs. I built SociallyZeeMedia because I was tired of seeing premium wellness brands hand their social to people who didn't understand the category. The clinics, studios, and centers I work with are pouring their soul into what they do offline. Online should feel the same. If that sounds like you, let's chat. No hard sell, no 47-page proposal. Just a conversation to see if we're a fit. Send me a message, I usually reply within a day. This one talks to the prospect instead of about the work. Couple of moves I made: Headline became a promise, not a category label Each brand story leads with the problem they had (relatable), then what shifted (proof) "What I changed" beats "What we delivered" — it sounds like a person, not a deck Cut the bullet-heavy formality, added "you" language throughout Made the Zee intro feel like a real human, not founder boilerplate Want me to push it even more casual (like how you'd actually talk on a discovery call), or is this the sweet spot?

This brand came to me with an aesthetic feed, but it wasn't cohesive and didn't have the right strategy behind it to grow. I rebuilt from the ground up, researching competitors and creators in her space and breaking down what actually worked into 7 components: Topic, Hook, Value, Format, CTA, Editing, and Structure/Angle. From there I revamped her content end to end, wrote the scripts and shooting briefs, she filmed, and we edited and published. In 90 days: 300,942 views, +915 net followers (+13.9%), and 81.7% of reach from non-followers, meaning we weren't just talking to her existing audience, we were building a new one. Two Reels went viral in the process: one hit 130.6K views and 102.9K accounts reached with 1,618 new follows off a single post, the other hit 99.9K views across 68.5K accounts with a 43s average watch time. Every brand grows at a different pace, results here reflect this specific account and its starting point, not a guarantee.

I worked with a Wellness brand to showcase their expertise. The wellness industry isn't just growing, it's booming. The global wellness economy is valued at approximately $4.8 trillion in 2026, growing at a rate of 6.2% year over year, and it's projected to keep climbing toward $7.8 trillion by 2030. But here's the thing most wellness brands miss: They don't struggle because their offerings aren't good enough. They struggle because their content doesn't build trust. Your future clients are already watching. They're silently asking: ✨ Is this brand credible? ✨ Do they actually know what they're doing? ✨ Can I trust them with my health and wellbeing? And the truth is, people don't book because of information alone. They book when they feel certainty. The right content does that. It educates. It shows your standards. It shows your perspective. And most importantly, it makes people feel comfortable choosing you. This is exactly what we look at when auditing wellness brand accounts. If you have a business that needs our help, you can message me to see if we're a fit to work together!

I created an email campaign strategy for The Authentic Astrologer to promote 1:1 reading bookings. The campaign focused on the client's Midheaven (MC) topic and connected the email content to the client's main offer. The strategy included: • Campaign goal and audience • Email messaging and structure • Content flow • CTA strategy • Recommendations to guide readers toward booking a reading The goal was to create a clear path from learning about the topic to taking action.
