Fractional Head of Talent | Helping Startups Hire Fast

🚨 Only a Few Spots Left — Helping Startups Close Their Final Hires Before November 3rd 🚨 If you’re a founder or hiring manager staring at open roles and a shrinking runway, this is your sign to act now. Most startups lose weeks (and thousands) because they don’t have a real recruiting system. I help you fix that — fast. Here’s how we can work together: 🔹 Recruiting Audit ($997) — 2-day review of your hiring funnel and process bottlenecks 🔹 30-Day Hiring Accelerator ($3K–$5K) — Fill your most critical role before year-end 🔹 Fractional Head of Talent ($5K–$10K/mo) — Build a scalable recruiting engine for 2026 I’ve helped companies like August Schell and New Horizons cut hiring time in half. If you need to make those final hires before November 3rd, let’s talk. 👉 calendly.com/tcroutch30/15-minute-meeting

Startup hiring breaks faster than most founders expect. At first, it’s simple. Post a role. Interview. Hire. Then growth hits. Pipelines dry up. Interviews feel inconsistent. Agencies get expensive. Founders become the recruiting team. Hiring becomes the bottleneck. Most startups don’t need a full-time VP of Talent yet. But they do need a real hiring engine. I created a practical guide: The Fractional Head of Talent — Startup Hiring Playbook Learn how to: • Build a scalable hiring system • Structure interviews and scorecards • Create repeatable sourcing pipelines • Avoid costly hiring mistakes • Implement a 30-day hiring roadmap Includes plug-and-play templates. 👉 Get the playbook: https://lnkd.in/gqUBzaUs — Ty Croutch Croutch & Associates #StartupHiring #Founders #Startups #Recruiting

Hiring Shouldn’t Be the Thing Slowing Your Startup Down Hiring usually breaks down before the first interview. Founders don’t need more resumes. They need clarity, speed, and someone who owns the process. I work with startups as a Fractional Head of Talent to take hiring off their plate without adding a full-time recruiter or long-term agency contracts. If you’re planning to hire in the next 30–90 days, happy to connect.
