Project Title: Contemporary House Design | 35x70 Modern Façade Options Project Description: This project showcases a contemporary residential façade designed with two distinct material approaches, offering the client multiple visual directions while maintaining the same architectural language. The design emphasizes clean geometry, bold framing elements, and a balanced composition of horizontal and vertical masses. Large glass openings enhance transparency and natural light, while the use of textures creates depth and visual interest. Two façade options were developed: Option 1: A modern neutral palette using stone and smooth finishes for a sleek, minimal look Option 2: A warmer variation incorporating vertical wooden textures, adding richness and a more inviting residential character The front elevation integrates a well-defined entrance, car porch, balcony, and landscape elements, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Attention was given to proportions, material contrast, and realistic lighting to achieve a high-quality visual outcome. My role included 3D modeling, composition refinement, and photorealistic rendering. I focused on balancing modern aesthetics with functional elements, carefully detailing materials, lighting, and landscaping to create visually compelling and client-ready presentation visuals.

Indirect LED lighting along the ceiling and wall highlights architectural elements, while carefully selected furniture and décor create a cohesive and inviting space. A compact seating and dining corner is integrated within the room, maximizing functionality without compromising aesthetics. The overall composition emphasizes comfort, elegance, and efficient space utilization—ideal for modern urban living. The project focuses on the relationship between architectural form and atmosphere, demonstrating how curvature, repetition, and indirect lighting can elevate a compact commercial layout into a high-end spatial experience.

"Fusion 2026" - A Cinematic Journey in Cafe Design "Fusion 2026" is a conceptual design for a contemporary cafe that bridges the gap between traditional heritage and futuristic innovation. Designed as a sanctuary for the modern creative, this space harmonizes rustic architectural elements with sleek, 2026-style modernism. The core philosophy was to create a "Timeless Transition." We preserved the soul of the space through traditional elements like exposed red brick walls and rustic timber ceiling beams, grounding the design in history. In contrast, we introduced fluid, curved modern forms and biophilic elements to represent the future of interior architecture. Key Design Elements: Material Palette: A tactile mix of weathered brick, honey oak herringbone flooring, and sleek brushed brass. Color Strategy: Deep emerald green velvet furnishings paired with terracotta accents create a warm, inviting, and sophisticated atmosphere. Lighting & Atmosphere: The lighting is the hero of this project. We utilized volumetric "God rays" streaming.
