We didn’t just create a visually appealing app; we created one that resonated with users on an emotional level. How? By focusing on the core challenge - procrastination and motivation. Users don’t just interact with the app; they connect with it. And that connection is what drives engagement. ✅ After analyzing drop-off points, we made crucial design adjustments. The result? One of the things I find interesting about UX design is how much it can change the way people work day to day. We recently worked on Delipal, a POS system for restaurant teams, focusing on a challenge that comes up during every busy shift: how to make things easier when waiters are juggling multiple tables, updating orders, and coordinating with the kitchen. We redesigned the Waiter POS and Orders Monitor to make the whole process more intuitive and efficient, from taking an order to getting it ready in the kitchen. It’s a good reminder that great UX isn’t always about adding something new. Sometimes, it’s about making the things people already do every day a little easier.
