Overview
To expand Locha Gallery's reach and make conversations around mental health more accessible, I developed a faceless video content strategy focused on educational and advocacy-driven Instagram Reels. The goal was to create engaging, shareable content that could increase visibility while maintaining Locha Gallery's distinctive visual identity.
The Challenge
Locha Gallery needed a sustainable content approach that would consistently educate audiences on topics such as burnout, grief, depression, anxiety, and emotional well-being without relying heavily on on-camera appearances or extensive production resources.
The content needed to:
Capture attention within the first few seconds.
Communicate complex mental health concepts in simple, relatable language.
Remain visually aligned with the Locha Gallery brand.
Be efficient enough to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
My Role
I led the end-to-end production process, including:
Content ideation and scripting.
Researching relevant mental health themes and awareness campaigns.
Sourcing stock video footage.
Generate AI-assisted visual elements when appropriate.
Designing branded layouts and text treatments.
Editing short-form vertical videos optimised for Instagram Reels.
Scheduling and managing content publishing.
Monitoring audience response and identifying high-performing formats.
Process
I developed a repeatable content framework centred around three elements:
Hook: A compelling opening statement designed to stop users from scrolling.
Value: Concise educational information presented through easy-to-read captions and visual storytelling.
Brand Consistency: Use of Locha Gallery's visual identity to ensure recognisability across all content.
This approach enabled the creation of impactful content without requiring frequent on-camera production.

Tsungu Coffee is a premium coffee brand that required a complete visual identity system from initial logo concept to market-ready packaging and launch materials. This comprehensive branding project showcases the full spectrum of brand development for a speciality coffee company targeting discerning coffee enthusiasts who value quality, tradition, and elegance.

The Solution
Phase 1: Logo Design & Brand Mark Development
I developed two distinct logo variations to explore different creative directions for the Tsungu Coffee brand identity:
Variation 1: A refined monogram featuring the letter "T" integrated with organic coffee plant elements, coffee beans and leaves, encased in an elegant oval frame with Art Deco-inspired details.
Variation 2: An evolved concept incorporating a coffee cup silhouette at the base, creating a complete visual narrative from plant to cup while maintaining the sophisticated monogram structure.
Final Selection: The second variation was chosen for its ability to tell a complete brand story, representing the journey from farm to cup, while maintaining the luxurious, premium aesthetic essential for the brand positioning.
Phase 2: Comprehensive Brand Kit Development
With the logo finalised, I created a complete brand identity system including:
