Cover image for I recently got over my
I recently got over my fear of doing outreach 😅 Not sure if I’m the only one, but the hardest part wasn’t writing emails… it was figuring out how to track everything. Who did I contact? When? Did I follow up? Notion? Excel? Random notes? Didn’t feel right. So I did the most developer thing possible… opened my terminal and typed: laravel new 🧠 I ended up building my own CRM from scratch. It took me a couple of weeks (and a bit of obsession), but now I have a system that helps me manage leads, follow-ups and pipeline without friction. I even added a radar using Google APIs to discover local businesses automatically 📍 Way more fun than spreadsheets. Curious… who else ends up building their own tools instead of using existing ones? 👀

Cover image for Eleganza Roma is a beauty
Eleganza Roma is a beauty and wellness center in Rome offering treatments for face, body and laser (eleganzaroma.it (http://eleganzaroma.it)). The business relied on platforms like Treatwell and informal channels, limiting control over bookings and visibility. The goal was to create an official channel to present services clearly and generate direct appointment requests. I developed a custom website focused on clarity and conversion. Services are structured to guide users, with booking handled through direct contact channels like WhatsApp. The experience is optimized for mobile. The result is a centralized system that strengthens the brand and enables direct bookings, reducing dependency on external platforms. Technologies: Astro, TailwindCSS

I designed an AI-powered WhatsApp system integrated with CRM and Make to reactivate and qualify dormant leads for a multi-branch travel agency. Within the first 48 hours, the system reactivated over 20 customers, generating €40,000 in gross revenue for new travel opportunities. The solution automates conversations, collects structured travel data, and routes high-intent leads directly to sales teams, reducing manual work and improving conversion efficiency. Hello everyone! 👋 I'm thrilled to share my entry for this challenge. Best of luck to all participants! Project Name: Fusion Component Lab ⚡ Public URL: https://e3ee7915f0934c1f90cea25f8b0c0b1b-main.projects.builder.my The Idea (How it's #BuiltWithFusion): I created a proof of concept for an AI component generator where users would type a description (like "YouTube video player") and get an export-ready React component. The idea came from wanting to create something both powerful and visually appealing. I focused heavily on the landing page experience and the component generation lab itself, featuring an interactive canvas that lets you control everything and test components quickly and visually. I'm really proud of what I've achieved with Builder.io (http://Builder.io)! 🚀
