Artin Properties is a premium property rental platform specializing in short-term, long-term, and monthly luxury stays in VC - Canada. Initially kicked off by another agency, the project was unexpectedly dropped midway through development due to execution complications. Artin Properties brought me in as a rescue development partner to salvage the build, overhaul the broken mechanics and push the platform live under a critical one-week deadline.
In just seven days, we stabilized the entire infrastructure, re-engineered the complex core functionalities, added brand-new sections and successfully launched a fully optimized, production-ready web application.
Core Rescue Deliverables & Technical Overview
Wized & Xano Full-Stack Logic Integration: Re-engineered the entire web application logic, connecting the Webflow frontend to Xano as the powerful, scalable backend database, with Wized processing all dynamic requests, data binding and state management.
Advanced Multi-Tiered Booking Engine: Re-coded and repaired the site’s primary booking system via Wized to seamlessly process, calculate and differentiate between short-term, long-term and monthly rental structures, ensuring a frictionless reservation flow.
Dynamic Search & Multi-Filter Logic: Restructured the property filtering architecture, utilizing Xano queries to allow prospective tenants to accurately sort, filter and discover properties based on real-time availability, duration and specific amenities.
Secure User Dashboards & Accounts: Implemented and secured the client portal and user dashboard infrastructure, giving guests a streamlined, authenticated interface to manage their profiles, view active bookings and track historical stays natively powered by the Xano backend.
CMS & Form Infrastructure Optimization: Reconfigured the Webflow CMS to allow the client to effortlessly manage the collections lists while systematically auditing and fixing all custom contact, inquiry and booking forms for flawless data capture.
Responsive Precision & Structural Cleanup: Conducted a comprehensive layout audit to fix broken breakpoints, ensuring a pixel-perfect, highly fluid user experience across mobile, tablet and desktop viewports.
