Your funnel might be. A business can have: → A great ad → A strong offer → A good audience → Cheap clicks …and still get almost zero customers. Why? Because Meta Ads don't work in isolation. Think about the journey: AD → LANDING PAGE → FORM → FOLLOW-UP → SALES If one part breaks, the whole system suffers. For example: You generate 100 leads. But your sales team takes 2 days to contact them. You didn't necessarily have a “lead quality” problem. You had a follow-up problem. Or: Your ad gets a 5% CTR. But the landing page doesn't clearly explain what happens next. You don't necessarily need a new ad. You may need a better transition between the ad and the offer. Before changing your targeting, creative, or budget, ask: “Where exactly are people dropping off?” That's the question I'd answer first. Because getting more traffic into a broken funnel just makes the problem more expensive. If you're running Meta Ads right now, check your entire funnel—not just Ads Manager. Hope this helps. Good Google Ads optimization starts at the keyword level. 🔎 Here’s a small snapshot from a Google Ads campaign for a cleaning business in Toronto. A few things immediately stand out: → “move out cleaners” — 100% CTR on the data shown → “house cleaning Toronto rates” — 15% CTR with 3 clicks → “regular cleaning service” — 16.67% CTR → Different keywords are producing clicks at very different costs But I wouldn't immediately call the 100% CTR keyword a winner. Why? Because 1 click isn't enough data. This is where campaign optimization becomes more than just looking at a dashboard. I look at: Search intent → CTR → CPC → conversions → lead quality The goal isn't to get clicks just because they are cheap. The goal is to find the searches that represent real buying intent and turn them into qualified leads. If you're running Google Ads for a local service business and your campaign is getting clicks but not enough customers, the problem may be hiding at the keyword level. That's the kind of optimization I focus on.

Good campaigns aren't built on guesswork. They're built on data. Here’s a look at campaign performance across paid advertising campaigns I’ve worked with. I focus on the metrics that directly influence lead generation: → Cost per lead/conversion → Conversion rate → CTR & CPC → Campaign and ad-set performance → Budget allocation → Ongoing optimization The goal isn't simply to get more clicks. It’s to turn the right traffic into measurable business opportunities. #LeadGeneration #PaidAds #DigitalMarketing #PerformanceMarketing #LeadCampaigns
