Industry-Targeted Landing Pages for a SaaS Retail Platform. Designed and built a set of high-converting, industry-specific landing pages for BigPlus, a retail POS platform. Each page targets a different vertical, fashion, furniture, and electronics retail, with messaging, visuals, and feature sections tailored to that industry's exact pain points, all driving toward a clear demo booking. Built in WordPress and Elementor: mobile-first, fast, and conversion-focused. A demonstration of how one core product can be re-angled into distinct, high-intent landing pages that speak directly to each audience.

24-Page Multi-Location Lead-Gen Website for a Home-Service Business.: Designed and built a complete 24-page lead-generation website for a home-service electrical business in WordPress and Elementor. The site is engineered to turn nervous homeowners into booked calls: high-ticket service pages, localized service-area pages for multi-location SEO, direct-response copy that answers real homeowner objections, and conversion UI throughout, sticky CTAs, quote-capture pop-up forms, and trust signals. Mobile-first, fast, and structured to convert. A showcase of how a home-service site should be built to generate leads, not just look good.

One thing I learned migrating a mobile product from a WebView MVP to React Native: the hardest problems usually aren't the screens. On Beepr, the real blockers were background execution, geolocation reliability, push notifications, slow geospatial queries, and backend logic that had grown without a clear audit trail. I led the migration to React Native with Supabase, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, and native background capabilities. I also audited 51 Supabase Edge Functions and designed a zero-downtime cutover so the product could keep serving users during the transition. The takeaway: before rebuilding a mobile app, find out which problems are architectural and which are merely visual. A prettier interface won't fix unreliable background services, weak location enforcement, or slow queries. Curious what other teams have found when moving from a WebView-based MVP to a production mobile app. 8:58
