Building an AI Persona That Feels Human Overview Mara Keïta is an AI-native persona developed as a long-term brand asset rather than a one-off character generation. The objective was to create a recognizable digital identity capable of maintaining visual, emotional, and editorial consistency across images, video, and social media content. Instead of relying on isolated prompts, I designed a complete identity system that allows the character to scale while preserving authenticity and coherence. ⸻ The Challenge Most AI-generated personas suffer from three recurring issues: Inconsistent facial features across generations Lack of a defined personality and voice Difficulty maintaining brand coherence across multiple content formats The goal was to create a system that could support hundreds of future assets while ensuring Mara remained instantly recognizable. ⸻ The Solution I developed a comprehensive AI Persona Design System composed of five key components: Character Bible A detailed reference framework defining: Facial structure Hair characteristics Age range Heritage and cultural positioning Body language Emotional range Signature visual traits Visual Language A complete aesthetic system including: Color palette Materials and textures Lighting principles Composition rules Styling references Environmental guidelines Personality Framework Defined Mara’s: Core values Archetypes Mission Communication style Behavioral patterns On-camera presence Content Architecture Created editorial pillars that guide content creation: Quiet Confidence Slow Living Personal Growth Lifestyle & Culture AI Production Workflow Built a scalable workflow capable of generating: Static imagery Editorial visuals Lifestyle content Social media assets Video-ready character references while preserving character integrity. ⸻ Results Social Media Performance Within the first publishing phase: 30 published pieces of content 1,700+ views in 30 days 100+ new followers acquired 87% of views from non-followers Consistent engagement across images and video ⸻ Key Achievement The success of this project is not a single image. It is the ability to maintain a coherent identity across dozens of visual assets while preserving the same personality, aesthetic, and emotional tone. Mara Keïta demonstrates how AI personas can evolve beyond simple image generation and become scalable digital brand assets. ⸻ Tools & Workflow Google Flow Veo Advanced AI image generation workflows Character consistency systems Editorial design frameworks Brand identity methodology ⸻ Project Outcome Mara Keïta serves as a case study in AI Identity Design, showcasing how structured creative systems can transform AI-generated characters into believable, scalable, and commercially viable digital personas.

What can a website honestly know before someone steps inside the room? For Day 13 of my 30 Days of Real Business Problems challenge, I built BEFORE YOU CALL, an illustrative service-page prototype for kitchen-remodelling businesses working with older homes. The problem: Most service websites try to remove uncertainty as quickly as possible. But in renovation, some uncertainty cannot be removed through a form, a calculator or a polished landing page. Some things can be clarified before contact: — the kind of project — priorities and constraints — what information would help — how a useful first conversation could begin Other things still require someone to stand inside the space: — existing structure — plumbing and electrical conditions — measurements — previous alterations — how new work will meet what is already there The central interaction is a visual threshold between those two territories: WHAT WE CAN UNDERSTAND NOW and WHAT REQUIRES AN ON-SITE ASSESSMENT No instant estimate. No fake booking. No false certainty. The project was designed and built in Framer, then presented through an editorial montage made entirely from the real live interface. I also used the first version of my reusable Universal Poster Compiler to translate the same idea into a physical poster metaphor: a clean editorial surface torn open to reveal the building reality underneath. “Some things are only visible when we are there.” Live prototype: https://possible-place-516308.framer.app/ Day 13 / 30 Where should a service website stop simplifying and honestly admit that something still needs to be seen in person?

Most check-ins ask how people feel. STARTFIELD asks what the room has capacity for. Two minutes before a workshop or team session, a facilitator often has to decide whether to begin as planned, slow down, add context, or reduce the scope. STARTFIELD turns three anonymous, temporary responses into a tactile collective field: Ready to dive in Need a slower start Need context first No names. No personal profiles. No historical tracking. No automated recommendation. The field makes the group’s current capacity visible, while the final decision remains human. Built as Day 12 of my 30 Days of Real Business Problems challenge, using Figma Make, original 3D token assets, and Animos for the presentation film. The room resolves before the session begins. AFTER THE SIGNAL: The System Chose Consistency. The Human Chose Meaning. For the Envato × Contra Human by Design challenge, I created AFTER THE SIGNAL, an editorial design system about a specific creative conflict: What happens when the automatic answer is polished, coherent, and still wrong for the meaning? Issue 01 established a confident visual system. For Issue 02, the automatic recommendation was obvious: repeat the same typeface, image language, density, and rhythm. The result was consistent. It was also too certain for a story about the silence before anyone knows whether a system has failed. My Human by Design moment was not “make it different.” It was: REPEAT THE ESTABLISHED IDENTITY × PRESERVE WHAT ISSUE 02 NEEDS ✓ I redirected the typography, grid, hierarchy, spacing, image meaning, motion rhythm, and sound around hesitation and uncertain transmission. Envato was used across: ImageGen VideoGen SoundGen MusicGen The fjord became the language of stability. The relay became the language of uncertain transmission. The handoff click marked the exact moment human judgment took control. The tools generated the visual and sonic ingredients. Human judgment decided what they meant.
