Last Thursday, I gave a talk at NerdNite Fort Collins (https://fortcollins.nerdnite.com/2025/10/26/november-20-the-state-of-the-art-in-fashion-and-technology/) on how much people are tired of the internet, and what kind of independent spaces are cropping up as a result. In prep for my talk today for the IEEE on Engineering in the Age of AI, I thought I'd share my thoughts on "human agency" through Gamma. Arts & Tech Activation: What's the future of the creative? How do we ensure people are meaningfully involved and supported in navigating this new environment we're in? Really glad I had the opportunity to share my perspectives this past week at Cohere 2025 (https://luma.com/rnuejxkx)'s session! We discussed ownership, accessibility, and equity at the intersection of arts and tech, and it reinforced that simply being invited to the table is just the opening act.
