Short project description FlowFix is an AI front desk and dispatch agent for Mike Carter, a solo plumber in Phoenix, Arizona. Instead of making Mike stop working every time a customer asks “Can you come tomorrow?”, Flow lets customers describe their problem naturally, collects the information needed to qualify the job, checks the service area and availability, and turns the request into a confirmed appointment. Flow can handle normal bookings autonomously, while escalating emergencies and unusual situations when Mike's judgment is required. The result is a simple workflow: Customer asks → Flow understands → Flow acts → Mike works. Business quirks / scenario The business FlowFix Plumbing is a solo, owner-operated plumbing business serving Phoenix, Arizona. The owner Mike Carter is the plumber, dispatcher, scheduler, and customer-service person — all at once. The problem Mike is usually on a job when new customers call or message. Customers often don't know exactly what plumbing service they need, send incomplete information, ask about availability, reschedule at the last minute, or need updates while Mike is working. The operational quirks Mike works alone. Customers contact him while he's on-site. Job descriptions are often incomplete. Photos are useful for qualifying jobs. Travel time affects scheduling. Emergency jobs can disrupt the day's route. Some unusual jobs require Mike's judgment. Customers need easy rescheduling and cancellation. Mike needs to know which requests actually require his attention. What Flow changes Flow handles normal customer intake, qualification, scheduling and follow-through automatically, while escalating exceptions to Mike.

The goal was to create a visually engaging way to discover dinosaur history rather than presenting the information as a traditional encyclopedia. I built DinoChronicle entirely in Bubble, using structured content for dinosaur species, geological eras, glossary terms, and fun facts. The project combines educational content with an immersive prehistoric visual style to create a simple, accessible exploration experience.
