🐾 Introducing PawTales — Where Pet Discovery Meets Doorstep Grooming
What if a pet grooming website felt like stepping into an interactive park?
I built PawTales, a pet-care platform concept developed with Base44, combining an illustrated pet park, an interactive dog and cat breed encyclopedia, mobile grooming bookings, reward-based engagement, and a community for pet lovers.

One-line problem statement
FlowFix is a solo plumbing business losing valuable hours to customer calls, job qualification, scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up while Mike is out doing the actual work.
Short project description
FlowFix is an AI front desk and dispatch agent for Mike Carter, a solo plumber in Phoenix, Arizona.
Instead of making Mike stop working every time a customer asks “Can you come tomorrow?”, Flow lets customers describe their problem naturally, collects the information needed to qualify the job, checks the service area and availability, and turns the request into a confirmed appointment.
Flow can handle normal bookings autonomously, while escalating emergencies and unusual situations when Mike's judgment is required.
The result is a simple workflow:
Customer asks → Flow understands → Flow acts → Mike works.

The business
FlowFix Plumbing is a solo, owner-operated plumbing business serving Phoenix, Arizona.
The owner
Mike Carter is the plumber, dispatcher, scheduler, and customer-service person — all at once.
The problem
Mike is usually on a job when new customers call or message. Customers often don't know exactly what plumbing service they need, send incomplete information, ask about availability, reschedule at the last minute, or need updates while Mike is working.
The operational quirks
Mike works alone.
Customers contact him while he's on-site.
Job descriptions are often incomplete.
Photos are useful for qualifying jobs.
Travel time affects scheduling.
Emergency jobs can disrupt the day's route.
Some unusual jobs require Mike's judgment.
Customers need easy rescheduling and cancellation.
Mike needs to know which requests actually require his attention.
What Flow changes
Flow handles normal customer intake, qualification, scheduling and follow-through automatically, while escalating exceptions to Mike.

Series Description:
The Impossible Delivery is an adventure mystery series about Jack Mercer, a witty young British courier whose ordinary delivery job becomes something extraordinary when his delivery system begins connecting him to impossible places and different points in time. Guided by the mysterious antiquarian Elias Vale, Jack discovers that every delivery may reveal another part of a much larger mystery surrounding the strange routes.

Pilot episode story:
Jack receives a delivery addressed to Elias Vale in London - but the scanner says the destination is London, 1897. After accepting the impossible delivery, Jack follows a mysterious temporal route and finds himself transported from modern-day London into the Victorian era. He arrives at Elias Vale's mysterious shop, where he learns that the strange route has chosen him as a courier. The episode ends when Jack's scanner announces that another impossible delivery is ready.
Where the Series Goes Next:
The series can expand into an ongoing adventure where every delivery takes Jack somewhere unexpected. Future episodes can explore different historical periods, futuristic versions of London, alternate realities, mysterious locations and recipients who should not exist.
As Jack completes more deliveries, he gradually discovers that the routes are connected and that Elias Vale knows far more about their origin than he initially reveals. Each episode can introduce a new mystery while continuing a larger story about who created the routes, why Jack was chosen, and where the delivery system ultimately leads.
The goal is to build a world where an ordinary delivery can become an adventure across time, space and reality, while keeping Jack's curiosity, humour and courier identity at the center of every episode.

DinoChronicle — An Interactive Journey Through the Prehistoric World
DinoChronicle is an interactive web experience that lets users explore the world of dinosaurs through species profiles, prehistoric eras, a geological timeline, paleontology terms, and fascinating fossil-record facts.
The goal was to create a visually engaging way to discover dinosaur history rather than presenting the information as a traditional encyclopedia.
I built DinoChronicle entirely in Bubble, using structured content for dinosaur species, geological eras, glossary terms, and fun facts. The project combines educational content with an immersive prehistoric visual style to create a simple, accessible exploration experience.
