UX Design Projects in DniproUX Design Projects in DniproI built an online salon system for LUMÉ, a beauty salon in Barcelona.
The idea came from real experience in the beauty industry: clients need an easy way to book, while the salon needs one place to manage appointments, payments, staff schedules and daily operations.
Clients can choose services, specialists and available times, book several services in one order, pay a deposit, and manage their appointment within the salon’s rules.
Behind the scenes, each role sees only what they need. Specialists see their own appointments and schedules without access to private client contact details. Administrators manage bookings, payments, changes and the team schedule. The owner can see results and reports without interfering with daily operations.
The system also handles staff commissions, working hours and special appointments outside regular salon hours.
My goal was simple: make booking easy for the client and salon management clear, practical and organized.
