We built Tracklet with Jennifer Wolksee, a teacher who was exhausted by compliance paperwork, sticky notes, spreadsheets, and the constant stress of wondering, did I log this correctly? The goal was to build something teachers would actually use. 👉 Log supports in seconds. 👉 Auto generated summaries. 👉 FERPA compliant. 👉 Fast enough to fit into a real classroom day. But what Jennifer mentioned in her testimonial matters even more to us. 👉 Clear communication 👉 Showing up when we said we would 👉 Handling every feature request professionally 👉 Making feedback easy, not painful What really stood out was when she mentioned how we helped troubleshoot Facebook ads, completely outside original scope. Tutors review inside the app. 🚀 Where the consulting helped • We cut nice to have, kept must have, parked the rest. • CSV upload to bring in curriculum and spawn worksheets without copy paste. • Clear roles and views, who sees what and when. • Caps on open tutor tasks so work finishes. • Flows kept obvious, fewer clicks.
